Brandon Joseph

Brandon Joseph is a Board Certified Family Law partner at McClure Law Group, PC where his practice is limited exclusively to complex family law matters. Brandon regularly represents business executives, professional athletes, and homemakers. Brandon’s passion is using his voice to zealously advocate for others.

Brandon is a graduate of Baylor University and South Texas College of Law. At Baylor, Brandon majored in French and served as an official tutor for the Department of Modern Foreign Languages – French and Italian Division. It was at Baylor that Brandon began to understand his life’s purpose—speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves, irrespective of language barriers, cultural differences, lack of access, or unfamiliarity with legal process.

Wanting to hone in on his strong desire to help others, Brandon enrolled in South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. While in law school, Brandon was awarded the CALI Award for receiving the highest grade in International Criminal Law and American Legal History: Citizenship and Immigration. Brandon was regularly named to the Dean’s List and was named a Langdell Scholar, serving as a property law teaching assistant for second year law students. During his last semester of law school, Brandon received the Pamela George Award and was named the Outstanding Graduating Student in Family Law. During law school, Brandon was a member of the varsity commercial arbitration team and participated in moot court and mock trial.

During his first year at South Texas College of Law, Brandon obtained and secured one of ten employee-intern positions at the Harris County District Attorney’s Office where he was assigned to the Family Criminal Law Division of the Special Victims Bureau. It was in this post that Brandon realized his passion for litigation and for one-on-one contact with clients.

Brandon qualified to sit for the Texas Bar Exam during his last semester of law school. Never being one to shy from a challenge, he successfully sat for and passed the Bar Exam prior to graduating from law school.

After completing law school, Brandon accepted a position at McClure Law Group, PC in the Park Cities area of Dallas, Texas. Since being licensed to practice law, Brandon has routinely been named a Texas Super Lawyers Rising Star. Brandon has also been named a Best Lawyer Under 40 in Dallas and has been named to the list of Best Lawyers in Fort Worth.

Brandon has been a member of the Texas Bar College, the St. Thomas More Society of the Diocese of Dallas, The Texas Family Law Foundation, The Dallas Association of Young Lawyers, and the Dallas Bar Association. Brandon is currently a Director of the Family Law Section of the Dallas Bar Association.

Brandon is humbled to serve as the Vice President of the Board of Directors of Project Texas, where he can utilize his unique linguistic and advocacy skill set to serve citizens across Texas.
