A community enthusiast, Jes values relationships, authenticity and all things local. Her diverse professional background spanning corporate, non-profit and public sectors makes her well-equipped and resourceful in any situation.

Jes earned her Bachelor’s degree from Lamar University and Master of Public Administration and Urban Development from University of Texas Arlington.

She has extensive experience in operations, budget oversight and business development.

Jes has worked with regional, local and federal governmental entities on compliance and oversight of state and federal grants, economic development initiatives and community outreach.

Since 2006, Jes Prince has been a dedicated volunteer with multiple non-profits on local, state, and national levels.

Jes is an organizer. She has received multiple awards for her leadership and performance. In 2013 Jes completed Leadership Beaumont and was recognized by the Chamber of Commerce with the 40 Under 40 Designation in 2014.

While Jes takes a very serious approach to business, she has a servant’s heart. A skilled problem solver, she aspires to deliver solutions, fresh perspective and efficient outcomes.
